The Spirit of Truth: Living in the Presence of God

On this 6th Sunday of Easter, the Gospel of John (14:15-21) brings us a message of divine comfort. As Jesus prepares to return to the Father, He reassures us that His love will never depart from those who follow Him.

Love is Shown through Action

"If you love me, keep my commands." Jesus invites us to a love that is practical. In our daily lives in the Philippines and around the world, we express our love for the Lord by how we treat our neighbors and how we remain faithful to His teachings.

The Gift of the Advocate

Jesus promises "another Advocate" (the Paraclete) to be with us forever. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth whom the world cannot accept because it does not see Him. But for us, the Spirit is a constant companion, guiding our worship and strengthening our faith.

"I Will Not Leave You Orphans"

In times of uncertainty or loneliness, hold onto this promise: You are not an orphan. You belong to God. Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus remains intimately connected to you. As He lives, you also live.
